14-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Bin Younas fragrance. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

What can be returned

  • Fragrances that are unused and returned in their original packaging.
  • Items that arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

How to request a return

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery on WhatsApp at 0325 7314689 or by email at sales@binyounasfragrances.com.
  2. Tell us your order number and the reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, please include a photo.
  3. Our team will confirm your request and guide you through the next steps.
  4. Once we receive and check the item, we will process your refund or replacement.

Refunds

  • If you paid online (bank transfer), your refund goes back to the account you paid from.
  • If you paid by Cash on Delivery, we will refund you by bank transfer to an account you provide.
  • We will let you know the expected refund time when we confirm your return.

Delivery and return costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we cover the return and delivery costs and will send a replacement or refund.
  • For returns for any other reason, return delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility.
